A new partnership with the Delta Dental of Minnesota Foundation will provide full cost-of-attendance scholarships for eligible dental assisting students at Northwest Technical College (NTC) in Bemidji, MN.
Beginning in the fall of 2024, the program aims to support students traditionally underrepresented in the field, offering up to 12 scholarships over two years. Recipients must demonstrate financial need, live on campus, and maintain academic standing.
Additionally, the program includes a mentorship component pairing students with professionals in dental clinics and labs. NTC plans to raise awareness of dental assisting careers through recruitment events for middle and high school students.
