Colgate-Palmolive has launched a new diversity, equity, and inclusion scholarship to support Black and African American college students.
The Inspire Our Future initiative will distribute 10 annual awards of $10,000. Five of the awards will go to students earning degrees in manufacturing, engineering, or the supply chain and five to those earning sales or marketing degrees. Eligible applicants are current college sophomores or juniors who identify as Black or African American. Funds can be used for tuition as well as other expenses such as on-campus housing, textbooks, and laptops.
Colgate-Palmolive is working with Scholarship America to administer the scholarship. Applications are being accepted through March 21; recipients will be notified the week of June 13.
