Univ. of the Pacific dental school moves to new campus

University of the Pacific has opened a new $151 million campus in San Francisco at 155 Fifth Street that will also house the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

Apart from dentists, the new campus will also educate audiologists and music therapists, and offer other academic programs such as food studies and data analytics.

State-of-the-art clinics located at the campus will deliver care to some 10,000 dental and audiology patients each year, and provide outreach to the Bay Area's most medically underserved communities. About 1,000 faculty, staff, and students will work and study in the building. The first students and patients will enter in July.
