Curve Dental is partnering with Demandforce to offer two-way integration between Curve Dental's management software and the Demandforce marketing and communication service.
With the new integration, Demandforce can access appointment information within the Curve Dental software to send automated appointment reminders to patients via email or text messages, as well as help practices build their online reputation, the companies noted in a press release. When a patient confirms an appointment through Demandforce, the Curve Dental management system will automatically update, leaving the practice to focus on patient satisfaction.
As a Web-based application, Demandforce's integration with the Curve Dental management system is seamless; with one click the doctor can share their practice information with Demandforce. The integration is also bidirectional; appointment confirmations generated by Demandforce are reflected in the Curve Dental management software, making the task of managing the practice's schedule more efficient.
