InfoStar Productions, developer of the SideKick chairside patient education program, has released the SideKick MP multiplatform patient education program.
The software is compatible with PCs and Macs, network servers, cloud-based servers, tablets, and smartphones, according to the company.
The SideKick MP uses motion graphics and 3D procedure images. The default program is in English and Spanish, and users can add procedure and informed consent text and translate it into 25 languages.
Other features include a continuous play "looping" movie module, smart menu, and an email module that addresses the user's own images. The SideKick MP comes with a site license with no ongoing fees.
