1-800-DENTIST has launched ReputationMonitor, a new tool that helps dentists increase online visibility, track patient reviews, and maximize social media, across hundreds of major websites from a single screen.
The product is designed to enable dentists to monitor and manage their online reputation from a personalized dashboard. ReputationMonitor scours the Internet for all mentions of the dental practice, including directory listings, Facebook posts, Tweets, and Yelp reviews. Dentists can view their digital presence and update missing or outdated information to improve their ranking with Google and other search engines.
Dental offices also get real-time alerts when a new patient review is posted, as well as a full list of existing ratings and reviews from across the Web. In addition, ReputationMonitor integrates with social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare, tracking activity such as "check-ins," "likes," and new photos or videos. The software also helps monitor dentists' local competitors, displaying their online stats for a side-by-side comparison.
