New York University (NYU) has unveiled the designs for its new school of dentistry and nursing building, Crain's New York Business reported.
Work on the 11-story building will begin in the spring at First Avenue and East 26th Street, part of the city's health corridor. The effort is part of the NYU 2031 expansion plan, the article noted.
The new facility, with an expanded dental school, will open in 2015. Estimates of cost, unconfirmed by the university, are about $140 million, the article stated.
