Benco Dental plans to acquire Dental Equipment Specialist, marking Benco Dental's 10th acquisition since 2008.
Headquartered in Bakersfield, CA, Dental Equipment Specialist specializes in equipment sales and repair. Once acquired, it will become Benco Dental's Bakersfield branch and will service the Central Valley market.

Dental Equipment Specialist and its president, Tom Garstka, have been serving the Bakersfield area for more than 20 years. Garstka and his team will remain in their current positions with Benco Dental, the companies noted.
