Hayes Handpiece is now offering four continuing education (CE) courses, including Handpiece Maintenance, Instrument Processing, Operatory Systems Maintenance, and CDC/OSHA Pain Relief courses.
During each of the handpiece and instrument courses, Hayes maintenance experts cover recommended cleaning, lubrication, and sterilization procedures. The Operatory Systems Maintenance course reviews the importance of cleaning dental unit waterlines, in addition to treating the water. Vacuum line maintenance and proper air pressure ranges also are discussed. CDC/OSHA Pain Relief focuses on key areas and practices to avoid a stressful audit.
