Northwestern Management Services (NMS, operating as Gentle Dental) has acquired the Dental Team, a Florida-based dentistry group with six offices across the state, according to the company.
Jacob Elefant, D.D.S., former owner of the Dental Team, will continue to lead the clinical operations of the acquired group, while NMS will provide administrative and practice management support services.
With the acquisition, NMS now manages the largest dental practice group serving Southeast Florida.
NMS remains interested in acquiring and developing additional South Florida general and specialty dental offices, according to CEO David Willens.
