Triangle Capital, a specialty finance company that provides customized financing solutions to lower middle market U.S. companies, has invested $5 million consisting of subordinated debt and equity in Great Expressions Dental Centers.
Established in 1982, Great Expressions is a growing dental practice management company with locations in Florida, Michigan, Georgia, Virginia, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
"Great Expressions represents our second investment in the healthcare sector during the past year," said Garland Tucker III, president and CEO of Triangle Capital. "We believe the noncyclical nature of the company's business is attractive."
