American Dental Partners has acquired certain nonclinical assets of Cincinnati Dental Services (CDS) and Dentco, and entered into a 40-year service agreement with CDS.
Founded in 1968, CDS is a multispecialty dental group with 23 dentists in five locations in the greater Cincinnati area and one location in northern Kentucky. The group generates approximately $19 million in patient revenue annually.
CDS represents American Dental Partner's first affiliation in the states of Ohio and Kentucky.
American Dental Partners is affiliated with 26 dental groups, which have 273 dental facilities with approximately 2,366 operatories located in 21 states.
