Great Expressions Dental Centers has acquired certain assets of the business of Ramsey Salem, D.D.S., and entered into a long-term management agreement to manage Dr. Ramsey's dental practice, located in Jacksonville, FL.
Dr. Salem established his practice in 1979 and has 34 years of dental experience. The addition of Dr. Salem's practice to the Great Expressions network will provide patients with a second Great Expressions location in the Jacksonville area, the company noted.
Great Expressions also announced that it is renaming the former Dental Health Group practice in Jacksonville to Great Expressions Dental Centers.
"The acquisition of Dr. Salem's practice and upcoming renaming of our current 'Dental Health Group' office to 'Great Expressions' confirms our commitment to increasing our presence with additional convenient locations for the residents of Jacksonville," stated Richard Beckman, CEO of Great Expressions, in a press release.
Great Expressions Dental Centers is a privately owned dental practice management company with 120 affiliated dental practices in seven states.
