American Dental Partners has raised an additional $3.8 million after the underwriter of its previously announced public offering exercised its overallotment option to purchase an additional 339,000 shares at a price of $12 per share to the public.
American Dental last week raised $25.3 million with the sale of 2.26 million shares of common stock at a price of $12 per share to the public.
Robert W. Baird & Co. acted as the sole underwriter for the offering.
American Dental is affiliated with 26 U.S. dental group practices that have 242 dental facilities with approximately 2,131 operatories located in 18 states.
