Airway Management has launched a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) mask that uses a silicone-free, thermoplastic material and offers users a custom fit.
The new technology used in the Morf Nasal CPAP Mask allows the low-temperature thermoplastic material ThermAcryl to adjust to a person’s face. The mask is hypoallergenic and free of silicone and latex. Since it is made from a biodegradable material, the mask’s seal lasts four times longer than a traditional silicone seal, according to the company.
