Dental students at the University of Queensland gave high marks to a digital learning tool developed by faculty there, saying it improved their ability to learn craniofacial anatomy and thus interpret radiographic images. But a novel atraumatic extraction tool can make the entire process much less stressful for both the patient and practitioner, according to a presentation at the recent Western Regional Dental Conference.
