KaVo Kerr Group announced that registration is now open for its first Dental 3D University (3DU), a two-day event in October that teaches dentists about cone-beam CT (CBCT) technology.
The event is hosted by the company's imaging brands, including Gendex, Nomad, and Soredex. It will take place October 1-2, 2015, in Chicago, with up to 12 continuing education credits available.
Topics include the following:
- Successfully incorporating 3D into your practice
- Implant planning with 3D and surgical guides
- Reading 3D scans
- Insurance and billing
"We are excited to showcase an exceptional lineup of engaging lectures, outstanding speakers, professional networking opportunities, and more," stated Pankaj Jaggi, director of marketing for KaVo Kerr Group, Imaging, in a press release. "3DU will offer attendees time to interact with peers and industry thought leaders, explore the technology exhibit, and learn about the latest digital solutions."
Registration is available at dental3DU.com. Dentists and staff who register on or before August 16 receive a $300 early-bird discount.
