AmbiCom Holdings, which develops wireless products for medical equipment suppliers, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of E-Care Technology, a Taiwanese firm that manufactures intraoral cameras for dentistry and other electronic medical devices.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
A wireless version of E-Care's intraoral camera is expected to be released next year, the companies announced.
