At least two class-action lawsuits have been filed this month by dentists and other medical professionals involving computerized patient education systems installed in their offices.

The lawsuits center on the Exhibeo system, which the plaintiffs leased from Brican America and marketing partner NCMIC Finance. Dentists who have joined the litigation say they've been left holding the bag for Exhibeo contracts that are costing them hundreds of dollars a month. Read more.
