Kettenbach is releasing new versions of its Panasil impressions material, the company announced. In February, the company launched its Panasil initial contact low-viscosity impression material. Now it is introducing Panasil initial contact fast set and Panasil heavy tray material in a 50-mL cartridge.
Panasil initial contact regular set has a flexible working time of 90 to 120 seconds and a constant intraoral setting time of 2 minutes, according to Kettenbach. Panasil initial contact fast set has a flexible working time of 30 to 60 seconds and a total set time of up to 3 minutes.
Panasil tray comes in three forms as well:
- Fast heavy: Working time 1 minute, 20 seconds; intraoral setting time 2 minutes
- Soft heavy: Working time 2 minutes; intraoral setting time 2 minutes
- Soft fast: Working time 1 minute, 20 seconds; intraoral setting time 2 minutes
In addition to Panasil initial contact and Panasil tray material, Kettenbach's line of Panasil products include Panasil monophase medium, Panasil binetics putty, and Panasil putty materials.
