Ronald McDonald Care Mobile to serve ND kids

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Bismarck will soon be providing mobile dental care, including dental exams, fillings, x-rays, and extractions, to low-income children in western North Dakota, according to a news story in the Bismark Tribune.

North Dakota residents age 21 and younger who haven't visited a dentist for at least two years qualify for the new Ronald McDonald Care Mobile service. The dental care will be arranged through schools, and care mobile will stay a week at each school. The first stop is scheduled for Riverside Elementary School the week of February 6.

The care mobile will also travel to rural communities in western North Dakota and will be on the road for about three weeks each month.

The organization expects to see 800 to 1,000 students in the first year, according to the story.
