Shares of Sirona Dental Systems will go for $35.35 apiece in the previously announced public offering by Sirona Holdings Luxco. Sirona Holdings is offering 7 million shares of common stock; an additional 250,000 shares is being offered by Jeffrey Slovin, executive vice president and chief operating officer of U.S. operations for Sirona.
The offering is expected to close on February 22, 2010. Sirona Dental Systems will not receive any proceeds from this sale of its common stock.
Barclays Capital is the sole underwriter of the offering.
