Illinois-based dental product supplier Young Innovations has announced the acquisition of California-based dental implant component vendor Preat.
The acquisition strengthens Young's continued commitment to invest in implant-related and oral surgery products. Chris Bormes will continue to lead Preat, according to Young Innovations, which is a portfolio company of the Jordan Company.
