Coltene has launched its Affinis heavy-body impression material in a black edition.
The black tray material provides readability of impressions when used with gold- or silver-colored Affinis Precious wash materials. The color combination reduces the light-scattering effect, according to Coltene.
The black edition can be used where regular Affinis heavy-body impression material is used, including one- and two-step, functional, and fixation impressions.
