Keystone Industries has acquired Enamelite, a company that specializes in products using nanotechnology to produce spray ceramics and powders for dental use.
The acquisition is part of Keystone's continued expansion into the dental manufacturing business, according to the company. The purchase price was not disclosed.
In a press release, Otto Voit, present of the Keystone Dental Group, said the acquisition was about quality.
"At the end of the day, it's about delivering a quality product at the best price to our customers. A quality product is exactly what Enamelite delivers, as shown through their effective product design and patented technology. With our latest acquisition, we continue to diversify our offerings of innovative products and add experienced educated members to our team," Voit stated.
In August, Keystone announced it had acquired dental materials company Harry J. Bosworth.
