DentalEZ Group has announced a replacement turbine warranty program.
Under the new program, the warranty becomes active from the date the turbine is installed. Customers can now register all new replacement turbines at DentalEZ's website at the time of installation and are no longer required to provide the manufacturer's invoice to prove a date of purchase.
Previously, the warranty became active from the date of the manufacturer's invoice, regardless of when the turbine was installed, according to the company. The old policy sometimes became an issue if the customer purchased a four-pack of turbines or several single turbines. If all turbines were not immediately installed and used, months of the warranty were lost.
