The International Society of Oral Rehabilitation (ISOR) has unveiled the Implant Dentistry Grant Program, designed to improve access to implant dentistry treatment and educate the public about the benefits of tooth replacement.
The ISOR provides up to $250,000 in grants each year, plus access to implant dentistry professionals who can restore the oral function and aesthetics for those who have been debilitated by the loss of their teeth.
To be eligible for consideration for an implant grant, an applicant simply needs to be missing one or more teeth and demonstrate a need for oral rehabilitation. To determine suitability, applicants are given a comprehensive oral assessment by a dental practitioner who is an ISOR member. The maximum grant allowable per applicant is $25,000, and grants are awarded quarterly to qualified applicants whose names are drawn by chance. Treatment must be completed by an ISOR dentist in Canada or the U.S.

The ISOR is a Canadian advocacy and funding organization founded in 2010 by a group of implant dentists and industry insiders with the primary goal of funding implant dentistry procedures to those in need.
