SensAble Technologies, a provider of dental restoration design and fabrication solutions, 3D modeling software and haptic devices, has further expanded its network of European partners in service to the growing dental lab business in Europe, the company announced.
SensAble is partnering with the German company Siladent Dr. Böhme & Schöps and Innodema, an alliance of dental lab fabrication experts based in Belgium, both of whom become SensAble Authorized Production Centers (SAPCs).
As an SAPC, Siladent can now guarantee the fit of restorations made using authorized design configurations of the SensAble Dental Lab System and maintain quality and turnaround standards in accordance with SensAble's SAPC program. Innodema, also an SAPC, will offer direct metal fabrication of parts designed on the SensAble Dental Lab System in partnership with different SensAble customers located in Belgium, the Netherlands, and other European countries.
In related news, SensAble Technologies also announced the availability of a new version of its FreeForm 3D modeling system that streamlines digital workflows for both designers and engineers.
The FreeForm version 11 software release allows product designers with hard-to-manufacture goods -- including toys, collectibles, patient-specific implants, jewelry, coins, and other highly sculptural works -- to drastically shorten the design and review process and get products to manufacturing more efficiently, the company said.
