Kettenbach teams with Aesthetic Masters for CE program

Kettenbach will partner with Aesthetic Masters to showcase the company's impression materials during a three-weekend continuing education (CE) program in Las Vegas starting in September.

Aesthetic Masters will conduct its aesthetic comprehensive reconstruction program, Synergy: A Clinical Course in Smile Design and Reconstructive Care, at the University of Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, according to Kettenbach.

Participants will learn from leaders in the area of dental education who will teach students the latest techniques in bonded ceramics, smile design, and how to achieve a comfortable, stable occlusion resulting in beauty and function, the company said. Participants will also learn how to devise a complete treatment plan and treat full-mouth rehabilitation under the guidance of a clinical mentor. Each participant will prepare and restore eight to 20 units or more.

The courses will be held on three separate weekends:

  • Advanced Occlusion, Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, September 24-26, 2010
  • Advanced Smile Design and Full-Mouth Preparation, October 15-17, 2010
  • Advanced Case Delivery and Finishing, November 19-20, 2010

The cost is $9,900 per doctor (including one assistant) and $595 for each additional team member. Participants will receive a total of 60 CE credits.

Other dental manufacturers whose products will be showcased during the course include Discus Dental, Ivoclar Vivadent, DMG America, Ultradent, and Bisco.
