Water Pik has launched a new online community on WaterPik.com in an effort to educate and inform consumers.
The online community, found on the newly revamped Waterpik brand website, features new tools and content and offers a place where consumers can engage in conversations with dental and medical professionals and other community members. Users have an opportunity to interact with peers, ask questions, post comments, and read industry blog postings. The site also includes a catalog of Water Pik's portfolio of products.
"We know many of our consumers use online and social tools to interact with companies, and it's our goal to provide a site that is a helpful and valuable resource to consumers," said Richard Bisson, president and CEO of Water Pik, in a press release. "Through this community, we are providing our consumers with easy access to knowledgeable experts who can assist them with their questions and help them get the most out of their product experience."
