Week in Review: Specialist ads; ClearCorrect vs. Align; and can root canal prevent heart attack?

An appellate court has ruled that a lawsuit filed by an Ohio dentist regarding advertising as a specialist can proceed. The suit focuses on an Ohio law that forbids dentists from advertising as specialists when they also perform general dentistry. Read Features Editor Donna Domino's article here.

Align Technology and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) will not appeal a 2015 federal court decision that determined the ITC does not have the authority to regulate data, according to a statement from ClearCorrect.
