The Utah-based technology firm Udo has acquired Smile Virtual, a virtual platform that connects patients and dentists.
Udo will continue to serve existing Smile Virtual customers while working to expand and enhance services. Additionally, Smile Virtual co-founder Dr. Brian Harris has joined Udo as its chief strategy officer.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
