Software solutions company Weave announced that comedian Dr. Ken Jeong -- who rose to fame as a kidnapped gangster in "The Hangover" -- will be the keynote speaker at the company's spring Business Growth Summit on May 19.
Jeong, a licensed physician, received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina and completed a residency in internal medicine at the Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. He practiced medicine for several years but moonlighted as a comedian before moving to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
The theme of the summit is "Attract," and it will focus on helping business owners leverage free expert insights to acquire new customers and bring in more business. Jeong's keynote will touch on how he's harnessed his approach to capturing people's attention and creating unique experiences, the company noted.
The two-hour summit will take place live and is free for all attendees. Recordings will be made available on demand to registered attendees after the event. To register and learn more about event topics, visit BusinessGrowthSummit.com.
