eHealthInsurance.com is now offering Delta Dental's individual and family HMO dental plan in California.
DeltaCare USA, administered by Delta Dental of California, is the first dental HMO to be offered through eHealthInsurance.com.
DeltaCare USA provides coverage for most common dental procedures, including diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services. Enrollees select a network provider who will provide dental care for set copayments for covered services.
Enrollees pay a modest one-time enrollment fee and an annual premium, in addition to any copayments for covered services, according to Delta. There is no annual deductible, annual maximum, or waiting period.
