Carestream showcases orthodontic imaging systems

Carestream Health is showcasing orthodontic upgrades to its Kodak imaging systems at the World Federation of Orthodontists' annual meeting in Sydney, Australia, this week, with particular emphasis on an acquisition module that links digital radiography equipment with Orthotrac Software's scheduler to streamline the image capture process.

The company also announced that its Pearl Module now integrates with Orthotrac, giving orthodontic professionals the ability to manage their offices and patient needs remotely using a smart phone device.

In addition, Orthotrac interfaces with Ezidebit automated payment systems, Carestream noted.
