Apex EDI is introducing a new claims reimbursement system for dental offices, Apex OneTouch. The company also announced that it said it has been recognized as a preferred e-claims provider by the Crown Council, a multinational alliance of dental teams.
The Apex OneTouch solution enables dental and medical teams to submit insurance claims in less than two minutes a day, Apex said.
The secure Web interface also allows users to track claims, check patient eligibility, generate reports, and make online corrections. Paper claims are handled with the same process. The OneTouch solution incorporates up-to-the-minute data from thousands of insurance companies throughout the U.S. In addition, a team of claims experts is available to provide free customer support.
Apex will officially unveil the new system at the Crown Council 15th Annual Event held February 4-6 in San Antonio.
