Dental Practice Made Simple is a video series from DrBicuspid.com and Levin Group. Tune in every Wednesday for a quick tip from Dr. Roger P. Levin to learn how to build high-powered, proven systems that lead to practice success.

One of the most powerful planning concepts for your future is the one-page strategic plan, Levin said in the latest episode of Dental Practice Made Simple. While the plan is created for times of crisis, it can help guide a team even during stable times.

"I've come to realize that the one-page strategic plan is still a brilliant idea even if there's not a crisis," he said.

The one-page plan should contain multiple categories, such as finances, services, new patients, and reviews. Each category should have short sentences that summarize the goal or goals within it. It's also important to keep the document to just one page.

"You've got to be able to read all your plans in one page," Levin said. "You'll only be as good as the plans that you put down."

Learn more about how to create a one-page strategic plan in the video below.
