The Bankers Healthcare Group said it is extending its weekday business hours to midnight Eastern Standard Time, effective this week, to accommodate the financing needs of its customers.
Many Bankers Healthcare Group customers are dentists who have limited time to apply for financing or speak with a lender during typical workday hours, so the extended business hours allow these customers to apply for financing when it is most convenient for them, Bankers Healthcare Group said.
Customers may now call the provider customer service line at 866-257-1967 to reach a specialist who can discuss loans for business and personal affairs and help customers complete applications over the phone. Loan specialists are also available for calls from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST on weekends.
