Superior Dental Care has added four new low-cost dental plans for companies and a discount prescription card for plan members.
The four Fit 500 plans cover select dental services with no deductible and are designed for a lower monthly premium than more comprehensive plans, according to the company. They have a $500 maximum benefit for each plan member, and each plan version covers different services, ranging from essential services such as cleanings to more extensive services such as root canals and crowns, or a combination of services.
Fit 500 plans are currently available for companies in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, and a minimum of two employees must enroll in each plan selected. The plans include access to Superior Dental's national dental network.
The company also has added a free prescription discount card for all dental plan members. With the card, members can save on medications that are not covered by insurance at participating pharmacies.
