The ADA Living Guideline Program is seeking feedback about its recommendations for the early detection of malignant disorders and cancer in the oral cavity and lips.
The program, a collaboration between the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Dental Medicine’s Center for Integrative Global Oral Health and the ADA, is seeking comments on the use of vital staining adjuncts to shape the upcoming guideline.
Comments can be submitted up to Friday, November 28, via the ADA website. Feedback will be reviewed and incorporated into the final vital staining recommendations, which are expected to be published in early 2026.
