A ban on water use has been lifted for the Southern California clinic from which more than 50 children received treatment and then were later hospitalized with infections.
Orange County public health officials certified that the clinic's onsite water system was completely removed, replaced with a new system, and the water has been tested, according to an Orange County Register story.
Water testing at the clinic found five samples positive for Mycobacterium chelonae and abscessus. The clinic had been ordered to stop using water on September 15.
