The Piezotome Cube uses high-frequency, ultrasonic vibrations to cut through bone without damaging the surrounding soft tissue, according to the company. The device features a touchscreen, weighted foot pedal, and thin extraction tips that can help reduce postoperative pain and swelling.

The device can be used for tooth extractions, sinus elevations, ridge splitting, bone block grafting, and crown lengthening, the company noted.
