Essential Dental Systems (EDS) has added a new product to its line of dental devices, EDS Ultrasonic Tips.

The EDS Tip Introductory Kit is available in both E and M threads to fit existing ultrasonic units. The kit comes with a tip taxi, wrench, and one each of the six tips. EDS Tips are available immediately worldwide.
EDS Tips' scientifically designed MicroHatch cutting pattern provides the highest fracture resistance available, cutting efficiency, less clogging of dentinal debris, a wide field of view, and working precision, the company noted. They are suitable for endodontic access refinement, post removal, and passive ultrasonic irrigation.
