Young Specialties has launched ClearDefense silver fluoride, designed to block dentin tubules to relieve sensitivity and reduce the risk of tooth discoloration.
The formula includes 0.2% nanosilver, 3% sodium fluoride, and vegetal chitosan. The product is noninvasive, easy to apply in one step, and requires no rinsing or post-treatment restrictions, according to the company.
