Conversational artificial intelligence (AI) platform IntelePeer has integrated with the Henry Schein One API Exchange.
The integration enables dental practices to use IntelePeer's SmartAgent and SmartOffice tools to automate patient calls, appointment reminders, and routine inquiries.
SmartAgent is designed to handle high call volumes and speed up front-office tasks, while SmartOffice aims to support multilocation practices by automating routine interactions and freeing up staff for more complex needs, IntelePeer stated.
