Buffalo Dental Manufacturing (BDM) has launched the new three-tool bench system AlignerWorks.
This system is designed to streamline the precise fabrication of customized oral appliances and includes the following features:
- ThermaKnife, a pen for easy cutting of 3D digital prostheses and trays
- ThermaPlier, a device to control compressive force
- The V-35 Electric Handpiece, which offers high-torque performance at 35,000 rpm for effortless carving and polishing of oral appliances
With features like configurable temperature management, high torque effectiveness, and an ergonomic design, AlignerWorks is designed to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality, according to BDM.
