Glidewell has introduced Raptos Cortico-Cancellous Blend in a Syringe, a prepackaged bone grafting offering aimed at expediting the delivery of allograft for clinical applications, such as extraction sockets, bony defects, and immediate implant sites.
Designed to serve as an all-in-one tool, Raptos Cortico-Cancellous Blend in a Syringe contains prepackaged mineralized cortico-cancellous allograft and is ready for use after a quick hydration procedure, according to the vendor. The 0.25 cc and 0.5 cc versions are packaged for single use, while the largest size -- 1 cc -- is packaged as two syringes. The syringes cost $42, $65, and $92, respectively, Glidewell said.
