Software developer Tab32 has updated its online platforms to include a new Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) feature.
The feature is available through Tab32's dental electronic health record (EHR) and Hello Patient platforms. With the update, practices can do the following:
- Call a patient from the web.
- See the name of the person calling, as well as his or her family members.
- Display appointment, treatment, and account information during a call.
