Software developer Tab32 has launched a new version of its Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system.
The new features include the following:
- The ability to receive calls simultaneously from multiple patients on the same practice number
- After-hours call forwarding to any number
- The ability for the front desk to listen to patient voicemails within the office's electronic health records system
- Tracking of patient calls, missed calls, callback requests, and more
