Private equity firm Pouschine Cook Capital Management has acquired the dental service organization (DSO) Southern Dental Alliance.
Southern Dental Alliance is a multispecialty DSO in three U.S. states. The company supports 32 affiliated practices across eight brands and four specialty services. Some of the affiliated brands include Carolina Dental Alliance, Vital Smiles Georgia, and the Children's Dental Center, with locations in northwest Georgia.
The transaction closed on August 4. Financial terms were not disclosed.
